Project-based learning is an approach to education that allows interns to apply their classroom experiences to projects that address “real-world problems. The company produces graduates who are technically competent and possess other skills like the capability to learn through experience, collaboration, critical thinking, practical aptitude, and the ability to synthesize the solution. It recognizes that not all aspects of learning can be taught in the classroom.

Goals and Objectives

The internship aims to satisfy curiosity and hone research potential. To enable students to understand the functional behavior of man-machine management, entrepreneurship, industrial safety, and to help students develop their personality and soft skills. To expose students to potential employers; and to provide opportunities to work with industrial practitioners.

Execution of Internship

The period of internship would be according to the designated hours mentioned by the school. The internship will be held virtually and interns should ensure that they will be working from home under CHED and respective school/university guidelines.

Requirements

Criteria FOR ELEGIBILITY FOR INTENRS.

  • Educational Background: As per school, available courses, and respected fields.
  • Skills: Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with social media platforms and a general understanding of up-to-date technology.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design work, creativity, and relevant projects.
  • Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 10-30 hours per week, depending on the school’s requirements.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to attend and internship with an endorsement letter.

Marketing Intern

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support content creation, market research, and campaign execution. Financial Intern

We are looking for an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. The role includes assisting with job postings, interviews, maintaining HR databases, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.

IT INtern

We are seeking an IT Assistant to provide technical support, assist with system maintenance, and manage databases. The role includes troubleshooting IT issues, updating systems, and supporting various IT projects like software implementations and upgrades.

Graphic Design Intern

We are looking for a Design Assistant to help create visual content for marketing materials and ensure brand consistency. The role includes revising designs, updating projects, and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions.

Administrative Intern
