It’s Official! TRICKY TRIALS is Minecraft’s 1.21 Update
Introduction
Minecraft, the beloved and ubiquitous sandbox title developed by Mojang Studios, is readyig up for its next and awaited update, version 1.21, realeasing later this year. Mojang, a Swedish game development studio based out of Sweden, has been hard at work since the last update, known as Trails & Tales, to deliver what aims to be yet another successful version sure to provide value to a devoted fanbase already bursting with excitement for each release.
Before we get into the just-unveiled official name of the update, a little introduction. Much Like Android, which is known to release versions named for various desserts internally such as, Mojang likes to get creative with their version names. After all, Minecraft’s 1.21 Update is far less memorable or enjoyable than the alternative name for Minecraft’s previous version, Trails & Tales. Usually, these names refer to and promote the update’s main features, drumming up support until the final release hits peoples’ devices.

But before getting too far in, the awaited Official name for the Minecraft 1.21 Update is Tricky Trials.
What’s in the Tricky Trials update?
We’ll get into what that entails. A new weapon, Mace, is promoted to make the game’s combat more interesting. It’s a melee weapon designed to deal a great deal of physical damage as well as an astounding feature with which a player may nullify falling damage to themselves when falling from a great (even fatal) height as long as the player lands a hit on an unlucky enemy or rival player.
The update is themed around new settings known as Trial Chambers, in which explorative players are challenged to traverse various Mobs, deadly traps, and interesting architecture. Players daring enough to brave these hallowed halls are rewarded with unique loot (items dropped after successfully dispatching an enemy) and access to a Vault, a container of what might be vast riches ready for plunder by inquisitive explorers in the Minecraft world.
